Dog Walking
  • I reserve the right to terminate a dog walk early in exceptional circumstances. This could be due to extreme weather conditions, a dog becoming ill or injured, a dog becoming distressed or distressing other dogs. All dogs safety are my priority at all times and a walk will only be terminated before completion if absolutely necessary.
  • All dogs must have a collar on with the name and number/address of the owner. I will also put my own tag on the dog collar with my details.
  • All dogs must be up to date with all injections, flea and worm treatment. 
Day Care
  • An introductory meeting or walk is strongly advised for day care clients.
  • All dogs must be up to date with their jabs, including kennel cough. Flea and worm treatment must also be up to date.
  • I reserve the right to refuse day care to certain breeds that may be perceived as dangerous or unpredictable.
  • I reserve the right to terminate the dogs stay early if the dog is distressed or if it is causing distress to other guests.
  • I reserve the right to refuse to accomodate bitches in season or un-neutured males if I feel that they will disrupt or distress other guests. 
    In the event of an emergency
    •  I ask all customers for an emergency contact number as well as the preferred veterinary practice the pet should be taken to if necessary. If you are away on holiday it is strongly recommended that you provide the phone number for someone who is easily contactable and who you trust to make a decision on your behalf. If you can not be contacted then a voicemail message will be left, a text message and email will also be sent.
    • In an absolute emergency the pet will be taken to the nearest veterinary practice.
    • You must agree to pay all vets bills if the pet is injured or falls ill while in my care, unless I am directly responsible for injury or illness. Pet insurance is always recommended for peace of mind.
    Visiting Times
    •  I reserve the right to visit or collect the pet within 60 minute window of the time specified.  Working with animals means that unpredictable behavior can occasionally cause delays. This along with bad traffic can put me a little behind schedule, although please be assured that this happens very rarely. This excludes the pet taxi for vet appointments.
      Payment 
      • An invoice will be produced once the work has been completed.
      • For regular bookings, clients will be invoiced at the end of every month.
      • All payments must be made within 7 days.  
      Cancellations
      •  I do not charge a cancellation fee regardless of when the work is cancelled. All I ask is that customers give me as much notice as possible. This excludes holiday packages which have a non refundable deposit.
